It’s a lovely setting, wonderfuly air conditioned and easy to find in the Destin Commons. Great magic, ventriloquism and sleight of hand, with a family friendly vibe certain to delight children of all ages. We are lucky to have this caliber of talent here in Northwest Florida!! What Is The Tent In Destin Commons?

The tent by the Belk parking lot in Destin Commons is home to Presto, a hilarious and mind blowing magic show for all the family. 

To house PRESTO!, The Show Company has imported a beautiful antique theatre from Belgium and erected it in the heart of Destin at Destin Commons.

Opulent palaces of red velvet and gold brocade, stained glass and deep mahogany, the European cabaret tents, known as spiegeltents (mirror tents), were constructed in the 1910s. These warm, intimate circular theatres hosted dances, cabarets and celebrations throughout Europe for almost a century.

Each tent consists of over 4000 pieces. Designed to be erected and broken down quickly, these spiegeltents require no metal fasteners for construction and are able to be assembled by a team of three or four in just three days. There are currently about thirty-five of these remarkable structures in existence, largely still seen throughout Europe. Our spiegeltent, dubbed The Magic Parlor, is owned by the MAGIC MIRRORS company in Belgium, which continues to lovingly restore and provide these glorious venues to the world, overseeing their construction on site personally.

Guests to The Magic Parlor will enjoy being transported to what feels like another time, where the venue itself is one of the co-stars of the performance.  Standing over 30 feet tall, and with a circumference of almost 100 feet, The Magic Parlor can comfortably accommodate hundreds of guests, along with the performers, crew and hosts who serve them
