BBC Three Love Cox

Exciting News. (Insert trumpet fanfare here.)

The award winning mind-reader who can’t read minds, Chris Cox is pleased to announce that he is starring in a brand new magic show for BBC Three.

The show, ‘Killer Magic’ (working title) is being made by Objective Productions, the company behind Derren Brown & Help! My Supply Teacher Is Magic. ‘Killer Magic’ is executive produced and created by Anthony Owen.

‘Killer Magic’ (working title) is a brand new programme in which five young magicians compete against each other in a series of tasks, in the hope of avoiding having to face a killer trick – a notorious illusion or magic trick that has jeopardised the lives of those who have tried to perform it throughout history. With a new theme each week, each contestant must create a trick that suits their unique, individual style to impress their conjuring comrades.

Anything goes on ‘Killer Magic’ – one-upmanship, trickery and even outright sabotage. By impressing their fellow tricksters, they must aim to get points and avoid being the lowest scorer, because the losing Magician will then risk it all and recreate an infamous, breath-taking trick.

Chris is currently filming the series in Glasgow and the show will air on BBC Three later this year.

Direct from filming Chris will, due to huge public demand, be once again performing at the E4 Udderbelly in London on Saturday 3rd May. You can buy your tickets now.
